There may be a business value to automate critical use cases for an assignment in the CRM area. The content of the work may consist of:
Find the critical scope of use cases
Evaluate which of the critical use cases can be automatised and to what level?
Shall the scope and level of possible automatised use cases increase the business value in terms of delivery quality (number of AT errors, number of production errors, increased maintenance profibillaty)?
Is there other positve effects of an automatisation, i e improved customer relationship.
Estimate the cost of a critical number of use cases to increase the delivery quality.
Evaluate tools for automatisation of the tests.
Implement a number of the use cases in a selected tool.
