Our collaborator is one of the most esteemed luxury hotel chains in the world. There are PR positions open in Barcelona and Tenerife.

The hotel in Tenerife is situated in the tranquil part of Tenerife. The hotel has numerous spacious rooms, executive suites, apartments, own spa. The guests can also enjoy the world-class spa, golf and breathtaking beaches, as well as the views over the Atlantic Ocean. In this internship you can work in an international and luxurious environment.

The other hotel in Barcelona is from the same 5 stars luxury chain. Hotel has 500 spacious rooms, Executive Suites, apartments and Spa. Hotel has luxurious with views over the sea and the city of Barcelona. It has more than 1,000 square feet of terraces and gardens, outdoor jacuzzi, and only 100 meters from the beach. They offer meeting space over 3.500 m² for conventions, conferences, congresses, banquets and meetings.

Main Tasks:
- Help guests in the lobby, interact, identify needs and solve demands
- Back office duties, highlight and control vip stays
- Organize facilities for vips, oversee hotel operations around them
- Escort guests to where they need
- Arrange transportation in and out
- Organize in-room deliveries, gifts, welcome letters and other requests
- Help Food Division when rooming guests
