About the department
The Department of Education in Härnösand has close to 1500 students. Most of them within the programmes in the teacher education, which encompasses children and youth education, as well as upper secondary and secondary teacher education.
At the department, we also have the Behavioural Programme, as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes within the main area Education. Many also study independent courses within subjects such as Education, Art and Design, Drama, Music, Rhetoric and Social Science.
The department offers contract education within a number of subjects, such as for instance School Development and ICT-based teaching and learning (information and communication technology).
