Introduction Activities at Campus Sundsvall

Welcome to Mid Sweden University and Campus Sundsvall!

The reception for the international students in Sundsvall starts on Thursday, January 17. During the first weeks of the spring term, introduction activities for all new students will be arranged by Mid Sweden University, the Student Union, the International Student Committee, and the Municipality. These activities are always optional, but attending them is a good way of making new friends and getting to know the campus and the city.

Mrs. Nina Alfrey welcomes new students to a library tutorial on how to find course books, journals and other sources of information; this also includes an introduction to our academic databases.

17.10 The Student organization "emboli" organizes "Korvgrillning" - Sausage Barbeque and Outdoor games at student housing "Nacksta". We meet outside the university and walk together to Nacksta.

The Student Union organizes a small "Fixarmässa", a drop-in questioning activity. Opportunity to ask additional questions!

Party at The Student Union House. The Student organizations "emboli" together with "Borstmästeriet" organizes "Beer-pong". Pre-party at the university and then continued fun at Kårhuset.

The Student Union in Sundsvall arrange more activities for new students at campus during the semester. Also the student organization "emboli" (students within the area of health and care, http://emboli.blogg.se/) organize several activities during the introduction week where all international students are welcome to attend.
