A multi-campus network
Mid Sweden university is a multi-campus network university with centres in Härnösand, Sundsvall and Östersund.
The university has a decentralized structure with two faculties. Education and research are carried out in eight departments.
The University Board is appointed by the national government and the Vice‐Chancellor is a member of the Board. The Vice‐Chancellor is also the Head of the University.
