Study and feel good

In a new country life will automaticly changes and you will get a lot of new habits. Among other things, some of the difficulties in a student life are to handle the expectations that you face as a student and to make new friends. It may also be difficult to find appropriate routines as concerns sleep, diet, exercise etc.

The different requirements that you face as students—and your differing abilities to deal with them—are things we try to help you with as best as we can through providing individual counselling at the Student Health Unit. We offer help through the open reception, appointed meetings, and our telephone hours. You can speak to our nurse or counsellor in order to create a balance in your life during your days of study. You find contact information to the right. There you also find short texts with facts about different topics that may be good to read from time to time!
