Steps in order to create a calmer study environment at the library in Östersund

During Christmas, the campus library in Östersund has rearranged furniture on their first floor. Armchairs and group tables have been exchanged for study carrels. This has been done in order to try and lower the sound level in the library and create a calmer study environment.
