Online bookings are not available at present. All bookings are made manually on a list outside each room.

Campus Sundsvall

Group study rooms can be reserved via The Student Portal.

Group rooms are only available during Library opening hours. Rooms not used within 30 minutes will be cancelled.

Campus Östersund

Group rooms can be reserved via The Student Portal. Click "Schedule" in the menu.
Group rooms on the lower floor of the Library are only available during Library opening hours. Rooms not used within 30 minutes will be cancelled.

Electronic meeting rooms in Adobe Connect

Via the video conference system Adobe Connect, three electronic meeting rooms are available for students. You can use any of these rooms when they are not in use but you can not book them in advance.
