If you have been accepted as an exchange student within the Erasmus Programme you can apply for an Erasmus scholarship for studies.
The scholarship is a financial contribution that shall cover additional costs in connection with the time abroad. The size of the scholarship varies from year to year. Regarding the year of 2010/2011 the minimum sum is 200 euro per month that you are studying.
It is also possible to apply for some financial support regarding language preparation before the studies abroad. Students with functional disorders can apply for extra financial support. You can only be granted an Erasmus scholarship for studies one single time.
Application
The scholarship is administrated by The International Program Office, but the application is administrated by the International Officer at Mid Sweden University. You may apply for the scholarship when you have been accepted as an Erasmus exchange student.
