I am into applied scientific computing. I like the demands that come with solving real world problems fast and accurately on cheap computers. I do this by including modern scientific computing in the solution methods, combined with a deep knowledge of the underlying physical problem. I do simulations and modelling.

Area of interest

I like problems that are both academically challenging and industrially relevant. I have spent some time studying the radiative transfer problem, and have developed advanced simulation tools for light scattering in paper and print. I am an active researcher at Mid Sweden University as project leader and PhD student supervisor.
