Terms and conditions for staff and students:
- The locked and protected premises of Mid Sweden University may only be used by authorized staff.
- This authorization can be your Miun card, which functions as your ID card during the period of validity.
- A valid Miun card will have your name, photo, Swedish personal ID number and period of validity printed on it.
- The card is your ”key” to the locked premises of the university and should be treated as such.
- Do not let unauthorized personnel in by using your card. Your card and its code may not be kept together.
- The card is valid as an ID card at examinations for students and when borrowing books in the Mid Sweden University library.
- If you lose your card, this must be reported immediately and a block must be put on it.
- You must be able to show the Miun card to authorized personnel in locked premises. If the card is not valid, you may be asked to leave the premises.
- In the case of improper use, the card can be withdrawn for further investigation.
- The Miun card is personal and may not be lent out.
- The card should be handled with care.
- You must update the period of validity of the card at one of the service points.
- All photos will be stored in a safe data base during your studies/ period of employment.
