Background

In the start of 2013, I had joined the university as a PhD student. My main supervisor is Dr.Göran Thungström, my assistant supervisor is Dr.Claes Mattsson.
In 2011, I got my Master Degree in Electronics from Mid Sweden University. I had done Master in Physics in 2008 from University of Punjab Pakistan.

Area of interest

My research focus is in the field of Infrared Sensors Systems. My research involves fabrication and development of low cost infrared sensors. Presently, I am investigating different absorption materials and structures for Infrared sensors, which will helps to develop low cost Infrared sensors.

Current research

Methane and Carbon dioxide gases absorbs radiation at specific wavelength in infrared region. The combination of infrared sensors and infrared radiation source, the concentration of Carbon dioxide and Methane in air can be measured.
