All student theses at the University are to be archived electronically in DiVA. (Vice Chancellor's ruling, MIUN 2012/403).

PDF-format

Before you start the registration process your thesis must be available in PDF-format. You can use CutePDF Writer, which can be found at computers at Mid Sweden University. Are you at home you can download CutePDF to your computer. How you save as PDF:

1. Open your document in Word, select Print. CutePDF will appear as a print out option.CutePDF Writer does not print the document. it saves it as PDF. There is no charge to convert your document.
2. Choose a name for the file and where you want to save the PDF-document.
3. Save. Now you have your document in PDF format.
