Some examples of Reference management software

EndNote - A software program that is installed on your computer, requires a licence. You can also create an account and work with Endnote Online from any computer or device and sync between your desktop and online libraries. The Mid Sweden University offers user support for Endnote.
Zotero - Freely available, web based. You install a plug-in in the Mozilla firefox browser to collect references from web pages and databases. Can also be used as a "standalone"-version with the Chrome and Safari browsers.
Mendeley - Freely available. Download software for free for Windows, Mac, Linux or IOS, create an account online and work with you library from any computer or device. In the Mendeley community you can share you research and network with other researchers in your field.
