For our Master by Research programme we have general entry requiremnts and specific entry requirements for each subject.

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
English course B from Swedish Upper Secondary School (Gymnasium). This can be proven by for example the following international English tests:
- TOEFL with a minimum score of 575 on a paper based test and not below 4.5 on the TWE
- TOEFL with a minimum score of 90 on internet based test and not below 20 on the TWE
- IELTS Academic Training with a minimum overall score of 6.5 and a minimum score on the specific parts of at least 5.5.

SPECIFIC ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Archives and Information Science:
Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS), in archives science, library science, information science, informatics, systems science, with at least 30 Credits (30 ECTS) in a subsidiary subject other than the major subject. 

Biology:
Bachelor of Science or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS), with at least 90 Credits (90 ECTS) in Biology.

Chemical Engineering:
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS), in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Chemistry:
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS), in Chemistry, Physics or Chemical Engineering, with at least 45 Credits in Chemistry.

Computer Engineering:
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS), with at least 60 Credits (60 ECTS) in Computer Engineering and 30 Credits (30 ECTS) in Mathematics.

Electronics:
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS) in Electronics Engineering/Electronics, Computer Engineering or Physics, with at least 22.5 Credits (22.5 ECTS) in Mathematics and 22.5 Credits (22.5 ECTS) in Electronics Engineering.

Environmental Engineering:
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS), with at least 45 Credits (45 ECTS) in Environmental Technology/Engineering.

Environmental Science:
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS), with at least 45 Credits (45 ECTS) in Environmental Science.

Informatics:
Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS), in Behavioural Science, Social Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, Archives Science, or Media and Communication Science.

Mechanical Engineering - Sports Technology:
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS), with at least 60 Credits (60 ECTS) in Mechanical Engineering.

Media and Communication Science:
Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent (at least 180 Credits/180 ECTS), with at least 60 Credits (60 ECTS) in Media and Communication Science, Journalism, Political Science or Business Administration.
