Business Management and Organization MA, Organizational Culture and Change, 7.5 Credits
The course serves to introduce an understanding for how organizational culture interacts with change processes, and how these are related to information technologies. The course rests on a problematizing approach in which various complexities are made visible, and a number of ideas of how these can be managed are presented.
Entry requirements
Business management and organization, BA (A-C) 90 credits or equivalent in Business economics, Computer and systems science or Informatics, of which at least 15 credits should be courses that concern organizational perspectives.
