Nessa Skehan, Failte Ireland

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Nessa Skehan is Research Officer at Fáilte Ireland, Ireland’s National Tourism Development Authority which provides practical business supports to Irish tourism businesses to better manage and market their products and services.  Nessa has worked in tourism research for over fifteen years and has been involved in longitudinal studies such as the Survey of Overseas Travellers as well as research including the Visitor Attitudes Surveys in destinations and local community surveys which were designed to populate balanced scorecards for local destinations in Ireland.  Nessa’s expertise lies in visitor surveying and industry performance tracking.
