The central conference venue is room 102 in house "O".

By bus

Bus#1 will take you from the bus station (Navet) to the stop “Mittuniversitet.”
Starting at First Hotel Strand, walk along Kyrkogatan, turn right on Esplanaden and find the bus station (Navet) at the end of the street.

Take bus #1 towards Bergsåker and get off at Mittuniversitetet.

Once you take the stairs down to the campus, you can use the big campus map posted outside or use the prominently displayed letters on the buildings to find House “O.”

Please note that tickets can only be purchased directly form the bus driver with credit card and it is not possible to buy tickets inside the bus with cash. Rechargeable bus cards can be bought at the bus station kiosk (Navet). When you charge 200 SEK on it, you can use your card for 9 bus trips.  Tickets for single bus trips costs 25 SEK.

Please also note that Navet opening hours are limited to 7:00 - 17:30 on work days and that Navet is closed during the weekend. Alternatively, bus tickets can be purchased at Pressbyrån also located on Esplanaden from 07:00- 19:00 on work days, from 9:30-19:00 on Saturdays and from 10:00 - 17:00 on Sunday.

On foot

A 2 km walk will take you from your First Hotel Strand to Mid Sweden University’s campus.

Starting from the hotel, take a left onto Strandgatan. Turn left onto Storgatan and follow it for 2 km until you reach the campus on your right hand side. Alternatively, weather and path conditions permitting, you can cross one of the bridges to take the path along the river.

By car

There are several posted parking areas around the university campus. Don’t forget to purchase a ticket (20 kr for all day parking) because parking fines are steep in Sundsvall.
