Evangelia Petridou
Bakgrund
Evangelia Petridou is adjunct university lecturer of Political Science at Mid-Sweden University. She is from Athens, Greece. Evie lived in Springfield, Missouri, before moving to Sweden in 2008. She received her master in Public Administration (MPA) and her BA in Political Science (minor in Ancient Greek) from Missouri State University and defended her dissertation titled "Political Entrepreneurship in Swedish: (Re)Theorising Entrepreneurial Agency in January, 2017.
Her research interests include political entrepreneurship, resilience and networked governance especially in emergency management collaborations. Her substantive policy area interests include local community development, risk governance and especially crisis management at the national and regional levels.
Undervisning
Evie teaches many courses in both undergraduate and graduate levels in political science and public administration, including International Relations, Public Administration Theory and Practice, Policy Making in Times of Crisis (undergraduate), and Public Administration (graduate).
