Background

I graduated in Physics with a Master Degree in Superconductivity at University of Havana, Cuba and conducted my Ph.D in Telecommunication Engineering at University of Minho, Portugal.

Area of interest

I have wide interests in Computer Engineering, Cyber-physical systems, Wireless Networks, and their intersection.

Current research

I do research on next generation wireless networks. Mostly on interference mitigation, reliability and dependability. I also explore new perspectives on security, with emphasis on industrial and large-scale low-power wireless networks.
