Proquest databases

If you encounter technical problems while using PsycINFO, Sociological Abstracts or other ProQuest databases, you can in most cases remedy these by clearing the cache and deleting cookies.

Here is information on how to do this for different browsers:

If the problems persist, we recommend that you use a different browser.

Taylor & Francis

If you have trouble downloading Taylor & Francis journal articles off campus, the problem may be more difficult to resolve. Using Google Chrome can help if you open the web page in a private (incognito) window. The browser that seems to work best off campus on the Taylor & Francis website is Microsoft Edge.
