Forskningsområden

Forskningsintresse mot ledarskap, organisation och förbättringsarbete, med ett specifikt fokus just nu på rektor och rektors ledarskap när lokala skolor samarbetar med externa aktörer i skolförbättringsprocesser.

Pågående forskning

- Fokuserar på en studie om rektorers meningsskapande av sitt professionella lärande i relation till professionell utveckling.
- Skriver en artikel om professionellt lärande med Dr Amanda Ince, UCL Institute of Education, London.
- Skrev klart min avhandling sommaren 2019, den fokuserar på rektors ledarskap när lokala skolor arbetar med kollaborativa förbättringsprocesser. Avhandlingen finns att ladda ned här:

- Skrivit ett bokkapitel (tillsammans med Maria Styf & Marcia Håkansson-Lindqvist ) om hur professionshandledning i Rektorsprogrammet kan bidra till att utveckla skolledares professionella identitet i en antologi på temat ”Professionshandledning i grupp för och med ledare i förskola och skola”.
- Ingår i Forskningsgruppen Utbildningsledarskap och skolutveckling

Undervisning

- Undervisar i det nationella Rektorsprogrammet 30hp inom kursen Skolledarskap och är kursansvarig för momentetet verksamhetsutvecklande professionshandledning.
- Undervisar och är kursansvarig för kursen "Styrning och ledning - fortbildning för rektorer 7,5hp" som ges under 2019 och 2020.
- Undervisar i det Beteendevetenskapliga programmet med fokus på ledarskap i arbetslivet.
- Undervisar i master/magisterkurserna "Ledarskap och utveckling av pedagogiska verksamheter I, 7,5hp" och "Ledarskap och utveckling av pedagogiska verksamheter II, 7,5hp".
