Psychology, MA, The Biology of Emotions, 7.5 credits
All behavior and mental processing correspond to activity in the nervous system, as do emotions.
The aim of the course is to provide you with a deepened understanding of the biological foundation of emotions, in terms of activation and interacting structures in the brain, as well as peripheral effects of this activity.

The structure of the teaching
As there is mandatory web-seminars during the course, you need a headset, a webcam and a well-functioning internet connection.
Entry requirements
A bachelor's degree of at least 180 credits (ECTS) with a major in psychology. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree of at least 180 credits (ECTS) with a different major and 60 credits in psychology. Alternatively, 180 credits (ECTS) in psychology without the requirement of having a completed degree. English B/English 6 from Swedish gymnasium or the equivalent.
