Psychology MA, Emotion and Decision Making, 7.5 credits
Decision making is generally regarded as a rational process. However, emotion plays a considerable part, with both positive and negative consequences.
The aim of this course is to study the impact of emotion on decision making, as well as consequences of decision making on emotion experiences. Decision making in groups and teams will be given major focus.

The structure of the teaching
The course ends with a mandatory meeting at the campus in Östersund, Sweden.
As there is mandatory web-seminars during the course, you need a headset, a webcam and a well-functioning internet connection.
Entry requirements
A bachelor's degree of at least 180 credits (ECTS) with a major in psychology. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree of at least 180 credits (ECTS) with a different major and 60 credits in psychology. Alternatively, 180 credits (ECTS) in psychology without the requirement of having a completed degree. English B/English 6 from Swedish gymnasium or equivalent.
