Huvudintresse idag är respektfulla arbetsplatser och välbefinnande på jobbet. Dels medlande variabler (t ex självkänsla) och modererande variabler ( t ex organisationsstöd) kopplade till dessa båda ämnen. Dels interventionsforskning.
