STC is recruiting 16 new PhD students

The research centre STC invests heavily in research in AI and the Internet of Things and is now hiring 16 new PhD students. The investment is made possible through the new international research school IRS TransTech, the regional fund project DIGIT and internal resources.

Industrial PhD-student Faeze develops AI for Media Research

Multi-sensor system for measuring gases

Researchers at STC research centre have installed a sensor system at the Östrand factory to monitor emissions of odorous gases. The long-term goal is to be able to predict the emissions at an earlier stage with the help of advanced technology and AI and create a better knowledge of the underlying causes.
