Forum for gender studies turns 30! We celebrate with a big birthday party in Sundsvall on November 16. Some of the activities can also be experienced digitally, for those who cannot be there.
Activities
At Grönborg, 11 am–3 pm
- Wishing tree – Write down your wishes and hang them on our tree or write in our digital wishing tree.
- Photo booth – Take a photo with props and upload it to FGV's Instagram account.
- Meet FGV's doctoral student network and send a strengthening hug to doctoral students.
- Cozy corner for exhausted feminists – Sit down for a while, rest your feet, gather strength. Then we organize and keep fighting!
- Call your dreams.
At Grönborg, 1.30 pm
- Opening speech by vice-chancellor Anders Fällström.
- Fika – let us treat you to cookies and coffee / tea.
- Award ceremony – Forum for Gender Studies Award.
- Book release – Anthology "FGV – en jubilar i vardande" (texts in Swedish and English).
At q.bar, Quality Hotel Sundsvall, 8 pm
- Concert with hiphop-artist Cleo.
- Supporting act: Artist / rapper / DJ Rapper kC with friends Dj Hypna, Jukebeats, Dub Afrika & Mr.Noun (Supersci).
