The Student Affairs Office Mid Sweden University has a decentralised structure with three faculties. Education is carried out in eight departments. Each department has their own Student Affairs Office where the departmental secretary among other things provides information and service to the student studying at that department. For example they answer question about examination, schedules and registration to courses.
The departmental secretary can help you print out your academic transcript and make changes in the student documentation system LADOK. If you don’t know who to contact for certain questions, you can always ask the departmental secretary, and she or he will try to help you. As a student or a student-to-be, you will also find useful information on each department’s homepage.
