Mid Sweden University offers a pick-up service to new international students starting spring semester 2015. The last day to request this service was December 28. If you want to send a late request, please contact the Student Union at the campus where you will study. See contact information below. Please note that pick-up is not guaranteed when requested late.

This service is operated by the Student Unions, is free of charge, and available in Sundsvall and Östersund. The Student Union in Sundsvall will assist the students going to Härnösand.

The pick-up service operates between January 9-14, 2015. The introduction days begin on Thursday 15 January 2015*

The last day to request the pick-up service was Sunday December 28, 2014. If you want to send a late request, please email the Student Union connected to the campus where you will study, but pick-up is not guaranteed.

We will try to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee pick-up service for late requests or if you arrive on dates outside the scheduled service.

The pick-up service is available only for new international students accepted at Mid Sweden University and not for accompanying family members or friends.

The student union at your campus will contact you by email approximately 1 week after 28 January.
