The Event Compass Visitor-survey™ integrates the visitor perspective in the evaluation and gives you a better understanding of how an event experience is being received.
This module includes a compact visitor survey that consolidates the EC Self-assessment™ and provides some values specific to the external dimensions. The EC Visitor-survey™ is also of great value by itself. A visitor survey produces information about visitor demographics and attitudes across a range of different aspects of the event experience.
The survey can be customized for organizers with specific information needs. However, an evaluation based on a customized visitor-survey is not usable for certification purposes.
