STC Research Centre like to welcome our new PhD-students. They will be doing their research within the new research projects ASIS, M2M Communication, LIFE and ID-POS that started out this year. Here you will get a presentation of the new PhD-students.

Luca Beltramelli, PhD-student
Luca Beltramelli is a PhD-student within the research group Sensor-based Services. He will focus his research on Wireless Sensor Networks and M2M communication.

Elijs Dima, PhD-student
Elijs Dim is a PhD-Student within the research group Realistic 3D. He will focus his work at the 3D capture Systems.

Simone Grimaldi, PhD-student
Simone Grimaldi is a PhD-student within the research group Sensor-bsed Services and will be doing his research in the field of industrial wireless sensor and actuator networks.

Mehrzad Lavassani Far, PhD-student
Mehrzad Lavassani Far is a PhD-student within the research group Sensor Network & Security and will be doing her research within the research project Dawn.

Xinyu Ma, PhD-student
Xinyu Ma is a PhD-student within the research group Wireless Sensor System with a focus on Energy harvesting for wireless sensors.

Anwar Qaiser, PhD-student
Qaiser Anwar is a PhD-student within the research group of Visual Sensor Systems. His intresest is within the field of hardware and software moduls for embedded systems.

Li Xiaotian is a PhD-student within the research group Printed Sensor Systems and he will focus his work at large area RFID reader antennas.
