The nutrition lab at NVC is used by Sports Science degree students who have parts of their courses in nutrition here. Other projects in the field of nutrition will use this lab, which has two fully equipped kitchens.

We often work with Kjell Strömberg from Stocke Titt, as we believe that it is important to have someone who really works with high-quality ingredients and good nutritional content. Businesses are welcome here to conduct testing, listen to lectures and have lunch and dinner served by Kjell in our nutrition lab. You can also help to prepare the food yourself.
