Bakgrund

Har arbetat inom tillverkande industri med personalfrågor, organisationsutveckling, kvalitet och Lean. Har även innehaft ett antal ledarpositioner både inom privat sektor och inom akademin.

Forskningsområden

Min forskning är inriktad på hur organisationer kan arbeta för att skapa, och hur de kan mäta, en kultur som ger förutsättningar för en långsiktig och hållbar kvalitetsutveckling. Mitt fokus ligger på beteenden, värderingar och ledarskap. Jag har till viss del fördjupat mig inom kvalitetsinitiativet Lean.

Pågående forskning

Är sedan 2015 med i forskningsprojektet "Simply Lean" ett projekt finansierat av KK-stiftelsen för att undersöka hur kvaliteten kan förbättras i svenska företag genom att utveckla en intern coachingsmodell för att stödja värderingsbaserat ledarskap. Ett ledarskap som ska integrera värderingar, organisationskultur, kundbehov och en hållbar utveckling. Det treåriga projektet är ett forsknings- och utvecklingssamarbete mellan tre svenska tillverkande företag och Mittuniversitetet.

Har även meriteringsmedel som används till att vidareutveckla mina forskningsområden samt etablera internationella samarbeten.

Undervisning

Undervisar på vårt magisterprogram ”Kvalitets- och ledarskapsutveckling” där jag också handleder examensarbeten.

Övrigt

Arbetar mycket med samverkan och uppdragsutbildning. Är för närvarande med i ett uppdrag som genomförs i Åre kommun där vi utbildar både ledare och coacher i Lean och kvalitetsutveckling. Är även regionledare för region Mellersta Norrland i det nationella initiativet ”Produktionslyftet”.
