Project ‘Leading cultural diversity in the Elderly care organizations in Sundsvalls kommun

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the communication between managers and employees with a different background than Swedish in workplaces, especially in the elderly care in the social service in Sundsvall. Furthermore, the study will provide insight into how these employees are integrated into the workplace. The study is in line with the needs of the Social Services in Sundsvall municipality and contributes to developing working conditions that can lead to sustainable organization by providing managers with the knowledge to manage their staff groups more efficiently.
