From communication to action in the heterogeneous society: Understanding and putting risk communication into practice

Communicating about risks is an important part of a society's crisis prevention work. In this project, risk communication is studied in a heterogeneous society from a recipient perspective, with a focus on how citizens understand and act in relation to different risks that are communicated.
