Now you make your phone calls via Teams
If you do not already have Teams on your PC, it is installed as a mandatory installation since 28 October. Restart if Teams is not on your PC desktop! If you use a Mac, you need to install it yourself via Self Service in your computer.

New telephony provider and system on Thursday, 29 October
From 29 October, you will make your phone calls via Teams and if you have a business mobile, you must replace your current SIM card with the new SIM card Tele 2 sent you by mail. During the period 21–28 October, you may have to use a mobile or Touchpoint to make external calls.
