The Mid Sweden University administration is responsible for official information, coordination of the university management’s office, the university library, the boards, and the departments. It also provides service for these units. The administration consists of the following units:
- Division of Communications (KOM)
- Division of Finance (EKO)
- Division of Human Resources (HR)
- Division of Infrastructure (INFRA)
- Division of Research and Educational Support (FUS)
- Division of Study Administration (STUA)
- Division of Student and University Services (SUSS)
- The Vice-Chancellor's Office (ULS)
- University Library and Student Support (UB)
