When you are finished with your exchange studies you can receive your official transcript of records by submitting the transcript request form below.

Exchange students completing their studies this semester will receive their Official Transcript of Records approximately three weeks after the official end date of the semester.

The official end date of the spring semester 2017 is 4 June 2017.

The Official Transcript of Records will be sent by postal mail to the address registered in the Student Portal account. Please make sure that your address is correct before leaving Mid Sweden University. Under “My profile” in your Student Portal account you will find your registered address.
